History
1927 | Established in Osaki City, Tokyo to produce screws for electrical appliances. |
1935 | Facilities moved to Shinagawa ward, Tokyo, met site of current headquarters. |
1947 | Officially incorporated, and began full production of various types of screws and related parts. |
1957 | New factory established in Kawasaki City. |
1964 | New factory established in Haga County, Tochigi pref. Kawasaki factory completely moved to this new location. |
1988 | Jonanjima Works completed in Ohta ward, Tokyo met. |
1994 | Sendai Sales Office moved to Yamagata City and re-established as Yamagata Sales Office. Sales and Procurement Divisions transferred to a new operations office established at the Jonanjima Works. |
1998 | Nagaoka Sales Office opened. A part of company name, SEIRA, is simplified, Kanji to Katakana. Jonanjima Works #2 opened. FATEC Corp established in Philippines to manufacture die casted products etc. |
2001 | Fuji Shinsei (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. started in Thailand for surface finish of small electronics parts, etc. |
2003 | Establishment of FUJI ITC in Shanghai, China. Head Office and Jonanjima Works #1 have been certified to ISO 9001 : 2000. |
2005 | Haga Works has been certified to ISO 9001 : 2000. |
